Show the Galilean moons of Jupiter, and perhaps also Titan
This would be helpful to star-gazers with binoculars. Jupiter and its moons are an arresting sight in the Southern Hemisphere at present.
For the Galilean moons, I am marking this as completed.
For Saturn’s moons and rings, I have created separate ideas here:

Bravo! Thanks very much for putting in the Galilean moons and Jupiter's disc, the zoom to very small field of view, and the zoom buttons. When pinch-zooming in on an object, for me (on Samsung Galaxy S with Android 2.3.3) the pinch zoom sometimes flicks the object off the screen. The zoom buttons work well and don't have that trouble.
