crash on Samsung Galaxy Ace
I have a recent problem with SkEye. When I Hold my phone above my head to view the sky the app crashes. Skymap and Sky Safari still work perfectly. I have used SkEye for several months but this problem has only just occured. I have uninstalled and re installed but it still crashes.
Samsung Galaxy Ace.
Assuming that this problem has been resolved.

Hi Harshad I had so much trouble with it that I removed the app. I will re load it and let you know.

Dear Galaxy Ace users,
Do the latest versions of SkEye (6.1 or 6.2 beta) crash on the Ace?
I want to fix any bugs I can find. But I would need the logs as described in my previous comment.

Please install this application: CatLog
It allows you to record log messages and send them via email to me. Here's a step-by-step guide.
* Stop any background applications like Music player, etc. This will reduce the size of the log file.
* Start the CatLog application, then go to Menu -> Record. This saves the logs to a file on your SD card.
* While it is recording, press the HOME key. Don't press the BACK key as it stops the recording. You will see a cat icon in the notification bar.
* Start SkEye. Wait for the erroneous behaviour to appear.
* Drag down the notification bar and click on the CatLog notification.
* The CatLog application will say that the log was recorded. Click Menu -> Send -> Send as attachment.
* Send the composed email to "harshad.rj {at} gmail"I have slightly mangled my email address to avoid spam bots.
